Do not overlap strips (tear strips if needed). Rinse mouth with water before inserting denture. Press denture in place, hold firmly and bite down. Helpful hint: Another way to apply is to place dry strips on a wet denture. To remove adhesive: Swish your mouth with warm water and take denture out. Rinse denture under running warm water and remove any residue with a soft brush. Remove any residue from gums with a soft brush or soft moist cloth. Visit your dentist regularly to maintain proper-fitting dentures. Store in a cool, dry place.
